The 'Simple' template on Blogger is definitely my favourite template to work with. It's easy to customise and unlike other templates there's no busy looking divider lines, boxes or annoying extras that you have to remove with HTML. However there's one thing about it which really lets down the overall look, and it's the fact that it adds shadow borders around images. If you're adding multiple images to posts, and are using a photo as your post signature these borders can look really messy and definitely worth getting rid of. Here's how you do it!

1. Go to 'template' from your Blogger's dashboard
2. Click 'customise' then 'advanced' and scroll to 'add css' at the bottom
3. Paste the following code, and press the enter/ return key once you're done (important)

.post-body img, .post-body .tr-caption-container, .Profile img, .Image img,
.BlogList .item-thumbnail img {
  padding: 0 !important;
  border: none !important;
  background: none !important;
  -moz-box-shadow: 0px 0px 0px transparent !important;
  -webkit-box-shadow: 0px 0px 0px transparent !important;
  box-shadow: 0px 0px 0px transparent !important;
}

No more messy borders around your images, and a much cleaner look to your blog. Easy!
